An analyst-hour is an hour of Mool at work: the time it spends reading, modelling and writing for you.

- What is an analyst-hour?
- An analyst-hour is an hour of Mool at work: the time it spends reading, modelling and writing for you. Mool often works on several parts of a request at once, and each part's time counts, so a run can add up to more analyst time than the minutes you waited. You're never billed for waiting: time in a queue, retries after an error and slowdowns don't count. Your plan's allowance renews each month and is used first, and hour packs never expire. Running out never stops a run you've started: anything it uses past what you have comes out of your next allowance.
- How much analyst time does a playbook take?
- It depends on the brief and the files: a run counts the time Mool spends reading, modelling and writing for it, and never time spent waiting. Open research typically takes about 16 min of analyst time.
- How does the trial work?
- A new account can start 10 days of Pro, or of Firm on a work email address without payment details, and has what that plan opens for those days. A trial can be held until a phone number is verified, or refused where a network or a work domain has started many trials lately.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your research stays readable and downloadable. Without a plan the account continues on Free, which reads the public part of Mool's research: each covered company's profile and market data, and its first analysis where Mool has published it. Choose a plan at any time to keep the rest.
- What do the plans include?
- Free reads the public part of Mool's research. Individual (₹499 a month including GST, 15 min of analyst time a month) opens Mool's research in full, the feed of what changed across the coverage, questions on a piece of research and your portfolios; it runs no playbooks. Pro (₹2,000 a month including GST, 60 min of analyst time a month) adds open research, the Public Markets playbooks and Excel, Word and PowerPoint files. Firm (₹5,000 per seat a month including GST, 150 min of analyst time a month) is for teams and adds every other playbook category, private markets included, Custom and team playbooks, sample outputs and private company data. Institution is arranged with Mool's team and invoiced offline, with analyst time not metered.
- What is an hour pack?
- A block of analyst time bought once, on top of a paid plan, for the months when the work runs past the plan's allowance. It never expires.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are made in the app and processed by Razorpay, in US dollars or Indian rupees.
- How do I cancel?
- A subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date, as the terms set out; fees are generally non-refundable.
- We are a firm. Can we get one invoice?
- Yes. Firm is priced per seat, with every colleague on their own plan; for one invoice across your institution, write to hello@mool.ai and we will arrange billing directly.
- Do prices include GST?
- Prices in Indian rupees include GST.
