Mool

What is Mool?
Mool researches every company it covers from the company's own filings, with every figure computed in code, and does the same work on the briefs you give it. Its research on listed companies is written by AI agents and published by Mool Capital Private Limited, a SEBI-registered research analyst: each company gets a rating and a dated 12-month target. Every rating is published with what it was held to and checked in code against the report's own numbers before it is published, and every target is tracked against the close until it is reached or expires. And it runs playbooks, research methods for work such as results reviews, IPO reviews, portfolio reviews, buyer screens and market sizing, on your brief and your files, producing research pages with Excel, Word and PowerPoint files on request.
Who is Mool for?
Investors and analysts who want the working shown; wealth managers and advisers who produce client reviews, fund due diligence and market letters; deal teams and investor relations offices; consulting and strategy teams; and firms that want their own way of working run the same way every time, as a team playbook.

Research

Who writes the research?
Mool's research is written by AI agents and published by Mool Capital Private Limited, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, which is responsible for it. It is general research, not advice for any individual. The agents work as a team: a lead that plans and reviews, research associates, analysts, a model builder and a page writer. Rules bind every run: a figure comes from a filing, a data result or code output or it is not used, derived numbers are computed in code, and a gap is stated rather than filled.
Is Mool's research investment advice?
No. Mool's company research is general research, published for everyone who reads it and not tailored to anyone's circumstances. Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. The investor charter and disclosures set out the rest.
What can I read for free?
Each covered company's page shows its profile, listing and market data and, where Mool has published it, the report's first analysis, its business model and financial foundation, free to read without an account. Mool's call, the rest of the report and its analyses, and the research model open with Individual or above.
Which companies does Mool cover?
Mool's own research covers listed companies; the research directory lists every one, by sector and by name. Playbooks are not limited to that coverage: they research the company, fund, market or question you bring, with market data for listed companies and Indian mutual funds read during the work.

Playbooks

What is a playbook?
A playbook is a research method: what to research, how deep to go and what the output must contain, written for one kind of work, such as a results review, an IPO review, a portfolio review, a buyer screen or a market sizing. You start one with a brief and your files; Mool plans the work, does it and publishes the result, and you follow up in plain words to change it.
What do I get back?
Research pages that print as A4 and reflow on a phone, or slides, with the analysis behind them published alongside. On Pro, Excel, Word and PowerPoint files are built when you ask for them and checked before you see them; workbooks arrive calculated, with their formulas live.
What files can I add?
Filings, annual reports, models, decks, transcripts and statements, as PDFs, Office files or text, from your computer, Google Drive or OneDrive. A file is read whole rather than sampled, and a figure that is not in your files, a data result or code output is reported as missing rather than guessed.
What is an analyst-hour?
An analyst-hour is an hour of Mool at work: the time it spends reading, modelling and writing for you. Mool often works on several parts of a request at once, and each part's time counts, so a run can add up to more analyst time than the minutes you waited. You're never billed for waiting: time in a queue, retries after an error and slowdowns don't count. Your plan's allowance renews each month and is used first, and hour packs never expire. Running out never stops a run you've started: anything it uses past what you have comes out of your next allowance.

Data

Which models does Mool use?
Mool runs models from Anthropic and OpenAI through Amazon Bedrock, chooses one for each step of a run, and moves to the next when one fails.
Are my files and questions used to train models?
No. Your uploaded files, briefs and questions are used only to produce your outputs; they are not used to train any model, and are not sold to third parties. The privacy policy says so in full.
Where is my data kept?
Mool runs on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. Files are stored privately, the working directory a run uses is deleted when the run ends, and the model providers process your text only to produce your output.

Account

Can a team share one account?
No. Each person signs in to their own account, with their own plan and analyst-hours, and colleagues join their organisation freely, with an organisation admin. Files can carry the firm's branding, a team playbook drafted from your own sample documents can be shared with the whole organisation or kept private, and a firm can be billed on one invoice.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
A subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date, and fees are generally non-refundable, as the terms and conditions set out. You can close your account from its settings at any time.
Who operates Mool?
The platform is operated by Townhall Technologies Private Limited, and the research is published by Mool Capital Private Limited, registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (INH000012449) and an Investment Adviser (INA000018708). For anything else, write to hello@mool.ai.
