KPIL is an India-domiciled EPC contractor (former name Kalpataru Power Transmission) that builds to order across six verticals. FY26 revenue mix: T&D 12,501cr, B&F 6,958cr, oil & gas 2,723cr, water 2,112cr, urban 1,158cr, rail 1,113cr and others 578cr, out of 27,143cr. It wins fixed-price and price-variation contracts and executes them over two to three years, so revenue is the order book times its burn rate. It controls tendering, execution, procurement and a 240,000 MTPA tower plant. It does not control client funding (JJM water payments), right-of-way or commodity prices on roughly half the book, which lacks price variation. International work is 31% of the book. Subsidiaries include Linjemontage (Nordic T&D; 65.9% retained after its 25 Sep 2026 Nasdaq Stockholm IPO), Fasttel (Brazil, in judicial reorganisation) and Kalpataru Projects Arabia (100% since 14 Apr 2026). Non-core exits include the VEPL road SPV, sold Jan 2026, and Indore real estate, monetised. The basis is consolidated throughout.
