Business model

Bharat Forge is a qualified forging, machining and castings supplier to OEM/Tier1 automotive and industrial buyers, with defence systems, aerospace and acquired driveline exposure. Metallurgy and qualification support long relationships; it does not control truck demand, procurement approvals, acceptance milestones or customer production. India/Europe/US management manufacturing geography is not statutory Forgings/Defence/Others, standalone export destinations or organic revenue. K Drive entered consolidation 1 July 2025. Group scope is necessary because parent-only margins omit overseas losses.
