Company profile

Piramal Finance originates retail mortgages, loan-against-property, used-vehicle and unsecured loans alongside new wholesale real-estate and corporate lending. Its managed AUM includes off-book assets and is not the statutory loan balance. The group is shrinking legacy wholesale exposures while expanding branch-led retail lending, including rural and gold products. Alternatives, insurance interests and investment property complicate the bridge from recurring lending earnings to reported profit.
